It is a great feeling to have everyone back home. We took time tonight to enjoy each other at the park and say goodbye to summer vacation! Between our many trips and activities these past weeks, I don't remember the last time we went on a big family walk with Jackson. It was fun to recall the rocks and various places in the park where we posed for family pictures back when the twins were in my tummy! Jackson had a great time fetching a ball thrown in the lake and delivering it to the person he wanted to throw it next. For the kids what started out as simply getting toes wet in the lake became more and more fun as they needed to hike up the clothes the deeper they went. Getting together to see all of our shadows together as the sun began to set showed us what a family we have become.
