Steve and I celebrated our 17th Valentine's Day together with a romantic trip to the now smoke-free local bowling alley with the four kids. The bumpers were in place and Steve tried his new strategy of using them to his advantage. Amelia got a strike on her very first roll making Evan speechless for a bit. Luckily, he was able to please himself later when he rolled a strike. He agreed to share the official sign for "strike" by posing for this picture. Clarissa took the record for speed with 0.9 mph on a roll. You'll see in this picture she had enough time to pose while waiting for her ball (as you'll see in the background) to arrive at its destination. Somehow, even with all his might, Kyle managed to have his bowling ball roll back toward him until it got stuck half way down the lane!
