There was no doubt in our minds that last night (our town always does it on the 30th) was the most candy ever brought home for Halloween. So much that tonight we put all their bags together in a sack and weighed it in. Keep in mind this is 24 hours after the kids had brought it home. Our total tonight is 14 POUNDS of candy! Reese's Peanut Butter Cups were by far the candy given out the most. They earned all of it the old fashioned way, dressed in costume, and by walking within our neighborhood. Kyle really feels it is just not right to have parents drive for trick-or-treating. They did get tired out and quit with an hour of time to go! The kids sat outside with me and handed out treats to the kids coming to our house. It was fun to watch them take this job very seriously.
That's almost as much as Jay weighs! Sounds like a good night!
