Kyle was the first one to squeal at the sight of snow this morning. Even though we were all sleeping it was a cute sound to wake up to. Soon they were all looking out the window and wondering if today was a snow day for school. After learning school was still on, the debate became whether it would be an indoor or outside recess day. Our morning routine will now include finding 8 gloves and 4 hats along with packing 4 lunches and making breakfast. We also reviewed Amelia's life lesson #2 with the twins, keep your hands out of your pockets when walking on slick surfaces so you can use them to catch yourself. I sat on the warm radiator with Bruce by my side and watched the neighborhood gang head off to school.
